How to recruit
On
chapter 15 or above, head to Merseto at Wind Day. Talk to "Town Guard"
under gossip whom will tell you about a group of fishmen attacking
traveller at Terana Plains. Now go to Small Border Village at Earth
Day, talk to "Boy" under Gossip. He will tell you about a woman who is
going to Terana Plains.
Lastly, go to Terana Plains on Fire Day to
find Akane surrounded by a group of fishmen (...just what are they
doing there?). Help her killing the fishmen and the she'll join you.
